Welcome to my Blog - "Everything Starts with a thought!"

That’s exactly where my blog idea has started from – having worked with 1,000’s of clients over the last 10 years I have heard time and time again the frustration of what “Diet” to follow once you have decided to lose weight!

There are so many choices that sometimes just like losing weight it all feels daunting and almost overwhelming – this blog will become a piece of the jigsaw in your weight loss.

I will tell you a little bit more about me and my background in another blog post – today I want to concentrate on you! That’s right, after all without you this blog wouldn’t exist!

My question is do you think this blog will become popular? I hope so, more to the point I would like it to be a point of reference for those deciding how best to lose weight – there are many options out there, diets, fitness programmes, surgery, coaches, doctors, pills, machines - you name it there is something out there to do with weight loss.

Does the whole choice have to be confusing – I hope not, I am interested to hear from you which “diets” have or haven’t worked for you.

I am interested in real life people with real life experiences of your own weight loss transformations.

Over the coming weeks I will share with you what I believe to be some of the best ways to lose weight –and I will also independently review the various choices out there – so perhaps you may want to suggest a “Diet” for me to review?

I hope this site will become a valuable resource for you whether you wanting to lose weight, already in the process of losing weight, a diet promoter or whatever you interest is in this blog.

In order for this to work I have a framework for our discussions – my whole ethos to my work is the following – “ I believe 100% that every person in this world has the ability to achieve whatever they put their mind to” – so this blog is intended to inform you about your choice to lose weight. If you agree with my ethos then please join in and we can make this a place to share and learn together.

I am an independent expert in the weight loss and personal change arena and therefore do not recommend any one particular program or diet – the choice is yours – this blog however is intended to make that decision easier for you by hearing others views – so please join in the discussions.
